摘 要
在中国基础教育高举全面推进素质教育的旗帜下，以创新精神和实践能力的培养为重点，在21世纪这个以创新人才为宝贵资源的环境中和以育人为本的教学理念下，音乐教学作为必修课程，作为学校艺术教育的重要内容，更应以提高学生的综合素质和培养中小学生的创造力为出发点，让他们从小就独立思考，发挥想象和锻炼实践动手能力。在音乐教育中，培养学生的音乐创造能力，需要富有创造性的教师进行创造性的教学，在教学中要充分培养和发掘学生的音乐创造能力，引导学生去创造，启发他们丰富的想象力，让学生在音乐中快乐的成长，自由的发挥，培养出自己的个性，为我们培养创造性的`人才打下坚实的基础，本文简单的谈了作为21世纪的音乐教师应该怎么去培养学生的创造能力。
