摘要
创业是金融危机背景下促进我国大学毕业生就业的重要途径。我国大学生“知识失业”始于本世纪初, 且发展为日益紧迫的`经济和社会问题。在当前国际金融危机的影响下, 国内总体经济形势下滑, 使大学生就业形势更加严峻。造成大学生“知识失业”的原因是多方面的。从创业的角度看, 其中之一就是长期以来我国的创业环境极不善,直接影响了大学毕业生的创业与就业。金融危机以来, 中央、地方相关政府部门相继出台了一系列政策, 力图通过改善创业环境促进大学生创业, 这表明扶持大学生创业在当前经济形势下对于开拓就业渠道、缓解就业压力具有更为重要的意义。
