☎先来两个小窍门热热身：
1. 当你表达请求的.时候，你可以试着使用"can, could, would, may"。
2. 不论你在请求或者接受信息、帮助的时候，都别忘了使用"please, thank you, thanks very much"。
☎下面我们来看看电话技巧：
Strategy 1 问候
无论你是打出还是接听电话，都应以礼貌的问候或者寒暄作为开始，例如：
Hi, how’ve you been?或者Nice to hear from you.等等。
Strategy 2 逐步表明来意
不表明电话来意是肯定不行的，你该从友好的问候正式转到工作目的上了。你可以使用I’m just calling to …作为过渡。例如：
I’m just calling to see if you would like to set up a meeting.
如果是相反的情况，你需要引导对方表明来意，例如：
So what can I do for you?
Strategy 3 礼貌的打断别人
如果你碰巧是在和一个非常健谈的人进行电话沟通，可能说了很久都没有说到正题上，而且你发现很难插上话，那么你就应该打断他，但是记得一定要礼貌客气。例如：
I would like to say something here, if I may.
Allow me to make a point.
May I interrupt you for a second?
Strategy 4 确认
如果你在通话中和对方制订了某些计划，记得要在电话结束时确认细节。你可以这么开始：
Please let me confirm...
So, let me make sure I’ve got things straight...
Strategy 5 结束电话
有时这可能是通话中最难把握的一部分。你可以祝福别人，例如在合适的情况下说：
Good luck on that interview 或 Hope you feel better soon。
或者，你可能想要确认一下你们制订的任何计划：
I’ll see you on Friday, then.
最简单的方式，你可以说和对方的通话非常愉快：
Well John, it’s been a pleasure talking to you.
